This module allows you to manage all your documents centrally. All documents and e-mails concerning your clients are at your disposal directly in their mandate. Find them easily with the help of a powerful search engine equipped with numerous filters.

The management of # tags also enhances classification and search capabilities with the use of metadata. 

Fully customisable Word templates allow you to generate any type of document while respecting your visual identity.

 

Access rights management, real-time collaboration, versioning, and history are supported for all documents filed and indexed in the EDM.

A QR code system allows a large number of documents to be scanned and automatically routed to the correct destination folders.

Managing your incoming and outgoing e-mails is made easy with our EDM component, directly integrated with Outlook. Thanks to Artificial Intelligence tools such as Machine Learning, benefit from a filing system based on suggestions that are refined over time or opt for a fully automated filing process to consistently find your e-mails in the right place.
