 The “Absence & Vacations” module is a fundamental element in the management of your human resources and is perfectly complementary to our “Payroll” application. All aspects related to your staff can thus be administered in a single solution.

Manage absence requests, schedule leaves, and monitor the working hours of your employees. All types of requests submitted, such as holiday, sickness, or overtime, can follow a multi-level validation workflow.

A calendar allows you to clearly view the annual absence schedule of employees and can easily be filtered by group or location.

An annual summary table of holidays and overtime gives HR managers an overview of the status of all employees. For their part, employees can find out about their personal absences at any time.

Activity rates, special work schedules and part-time work are handled automatically by the system during the calculation process.

Depending on your organisation’s needs or habits, a time clock system is also available.
