Optimal resource management is essential for ensuring an efficient and well-balanced organisation. Aware of this challenge, we developed the Workload module, which enables team members to estimate and record their workload, while providing managers with a centralised and detailed overview of availability.
Each team member is required to input their workload over two-week intervals by providing three key values: a percentage for the first week, a second for the following week, and an estimated occupancy rate for the next three months.
They can also specify the mandates they intend to work on, as well as any planned absences.
This information allows managers to adjust and optimise resource allocation, ensuring that workload is distributed fairly and effectively across the team.
